As a Senior Revenue Manager at LisBeyond, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing revenue streams across our entire property portfolio of 175+ properties. The (growing) portfolio covers short-term and mid-term rentals throughout various destinations in Portugal, each with unique market dynamics and its own sets of challenges and opportunities. As a Senior Revenue Manager you love numbers, data and coming up with strategies and creative ways to make each of our properties live up to its full potential. You will be responsible for ensuring we reach our revenue and occupancy targets, developing and implementing revenue management strategies, overseeing pricing strategies, and collaborating with other internal colleagues and teams.
