Job Description

As a Revenue Manager at LisBeyond, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing revenue streams across our entire property portfolio of 175+ properties. The (growing) portfolio covers short-term and mid-term rentals throughout various destinations in Portugal, each with unique market dynamics and its own sets of challenges and opportunities. As a Revenue Manager you love numbers, data and coming up with strategies and creative ways to make each of our properties live up to its full potential. You will be responsible for ensuring we reach our revenue and occupancy targets, developing and implementing revenue management strategies, overseeing pricing strategies, and collaborating with other internal colleagues and teams.

Responsibilities & tasks you will take care of:

  • Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to maximize property revenue.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and demand to optimize pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with our quality control, operations and the marketing team on topics such as enhancing online visibility and attracting target audiences.
  • Lead and mentor our revenue managers, fostering their professional growth.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive revenue performance.
  • Find, assess and optimize our presence across OTA platforms, finding the best channels for our properties ranging from 1 bedroom apartments to luxury high-end villa’s.

What we are looking for in our Revenue Manager:

  • You speak English and Portuguese fluently;
  • You are a team player and communicate clearly and organized with your colleagues;
  • You take responsibility for your work and are committed to your tasks and deadlines;
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Revenue Manager in property management or hospitality.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of market dynamics.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Strong soft skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant revenue management software and tools.
